Hello and welcome to Bali and Beyond.  Like you, I just love shopping and filling my home with beautiful things.  But...unfortunately, those beautiful things usually come with a hefty price tag.  I am very conscious of trying to snag a bargain and when it comes to homewares, I always look for something unusual.  Being very budget conscious I soon discovered the joys of markets, secondhand and thrift shops, and the best thing about these is...you just never know what you will find. I have sourced the most amazing pieces over the past year from all over and, in my travels I have met some wonderful people who have not only encouraged me to go it alone and turn my hobby into a business but also, some have put me in touch with the most unexpected contacts who always seem to have even more amazing stuff. A lot of the items I list have been upcycled by me.  I am very handy with hammers, saws and paint brushes :)
